Mental composure from yoga; yoga treatment for anxiety/depression

I have been performing yoga exercises regularly for about 5 months. I had no physical problems even before I started doing yoga. But after performing yoga, I find that my mental composure has increased. My stress level has reduced considerably. Problems in life remain but my attitude toward the problems has become better. I do not feel much stressed and have started taking things more calmly. This is a great benefit that yoga has delivered to me.
