I was suffering from frequent dryness of eyes which caused lot of irritation. Sprinkling cold water over eyes did not help much. Use of artificial tear drops prescribed by the doctor also provided partial and temporary relief.
Natural fomentation of closed eyes by applying the palms of hand after rubbing them vigorously helped remarkably even the first time. Regular palming of eyes in this manner, with avoidance of constipation using herbal powder (black Harad powder) cured this condition.
Dry eyes is a very common irritating condition and natural , Ayurvedic treatment provided me the lasting cure.
