I am J.K.Chopra residing in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and suffering from Diabetes for last 25 years. For first 10 years,I was on medicine and then for last 15 years, I am on Insulin.Insulin is the only and best scientfic treatment.At the age of 73, I am still very active in business and social work.We should not get scared from Insulin but maintain discpiline in excercies,morning walk and diet. Live with diabetes happily.
