Is it necessary that , one must develop cataract of the eyes after 65 or 70?
No!
There are ways to prevent it.
I have been eating one raw amla everyday for the last 15 years. When I am not able to take raw amla, I take amla powder 5 to 10 grams.
At 71, my eyes are free of cataract.
