I have been suffering from itching and redness/inflammation of the glans area for quite some time. I was able to control the problem significantly under medical advice, by keeping hygiene and application of anti-fungal cream ( clotramizole) on and off. But I was told by an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner that the cause of Balanitis is masturbation.
I discontinued masturbation and Balanitis is now completely gone. I do no longer require anti fungal cream or even frequent cleaning of the glans portion.
