This is the account of my brother-in-law who is now close to 78 years old. He started using reading glasses after he developed Hypermetropia at the age of 55 years. When he was about 60 years old, someone suggested to him a set of exercises that would benefit him.
The exercises were fairly simple.
- Up and down rhythmic movements of eyeballs
- Left and right rhythmic movements of the eyeballs
- Rhythmic blinking of both eyes
- Palming of the eyes
- Accupressure application at the little finger tip
After about 18 months of regular exercises, he literally threw away his reading glasses.
