I used to suffer from frequent migraine headaches. The conventional treatment did not help much as the relief was but temporary and the problem used to recur. It was only after I did the following alterations in my lifestyle that i was able to overcome this problem.
- I stopped skipping meals and began to take meals at regular intervals.
- I reduced the consumption of fast foods and baked/dry foods which I used to consume freely earlier.
- I started going to bed early. ( I used to keep awake and work upto 11 or 11.30 pm earlier.)
