I have a problem of excess weight and of inadequate sleep on certain days. I have good belief in the power of herbs and feel that their intelligent use can rid us of all our diseases. Accordingly, I started taking Ashwagandha powder at night before going to bed. The effect has been remarkable. My sleep duration and quality has improved and I am also hopeful that longer use of this herb may help me to reduce weight.
