I was very thin and frail in my 30s and 40s and was often taunted and teased for this by others. With a height of about 171 cm, I was hardly weighing 55 kg in my late 30s.
On the advice of a doctor, I started taking milk regularly (2 or even 3 glasses daily). Gradually, I began to gain weight. Toady, I am 65 and weigh 72 kg. I am healthy and also look healthy. My weight gain has been permanent.
