I developed arthritis of knees sometime back. There was pain and discomfort in the knees. I consulted the Orthpaedic doctor who examined me and suggested treatment. The treatment prescribed was regular intake of calcium tablets and physiotherapy sessions. I have been taking the treatment for a few months now and feel 60 percent improvement in my condition.
