I have suffered from constipation for many years. After getting up in the morning, I had no urge for passing stools for one or two hours.
I did two important changes to my lifestyle. I stopped comsumption of refrigerated water. Then, before going to bed, I started intake of a glassful of hot cow’s milk. It has been more than three months of this lifestyle change. In the mornings, I get the urge for bowel evacuation within half an hour of getting up and in one go, my bowels are cleared, unless I had taken a heavy dinner, which I generally avoid.
