A prominent yoga and naturopathy expert of Delhi was delivering an invitation lecture today at our Community club centre in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. He shared an experience of his patients some of which were able to shed their reading glasses by doing four types of exercises for 10 minutes daily over a period of six months. These exercises are
1. Vigorously rub palms and then place them over the closed eyes to impart them warmth.
2. Move eyeballs from up to down and vice versa keeping face still.
3. Move eyeballs gradually from left to right and vice versa keeping face stationary.
4. Perform circular movements of eyeballs clockwise and anti clockwise keeping face stationary.
