Drinking water is essential for your healthy sustenance. But, if you don’t drink the water in the right way, then it can lead to problems. You should simply avoid standing up and drinking water.
Most people are unaware of the fact that standing and then drinking water is not good for your health. It can lead to multiple health problems. In Ayurvedic terms, you swallow vata or air alongwith water when drinking water in the standing mode and this leads to excess of vata in your stomach region. This excess of vata can create health problems in the long run.
